Its AD 82,
I have a feeling I am dyeing, I have heard that before people die they have the same symptoms. I would like to say goodbye to all my friends, I would like to also thank all my loyal customers. I will be handing my business to my son Claudio Fume. I hope my customers will still go to my business for grain.

Its AD 80,
The Colosseum has just been built, I just got the invitation to the events that are being thrown by Vespasian's son.
I just got back from the games, they were amazing. I hope I will be invited again. My favorite event was probably the naval battles. They flooded the coloseum and brought in miniature sized boats, and reenacted real naval battles. The colosseum is the best amphitheater in rome.

Its AD 79
I have now been back from my trip for a year. I have just received horrible news that there has been a horrible accident in Pompeii. I am not sure what happened, I have heard that people saw rocks and a red extremely hot substance come out of the volcano. Two cities have been completely destroyed, and many people have been killed. Luckily none of my family was in the area.

 Its AD 68
I have just gotten news that my ships have been sunk again. I am going to have to set off with my crew to make sure my ships survive the next encounter. If I don't get grain soon I will go out of business and I will have to sell myself and my family into slavery. I hope my life does not come to an end on this trip.

Its AD 64, Rome has just burned! My grain has burned and part of my house has to, and all that emperor Nero did was stand on his balcony and play the lyre! They have just now started the building of his golden house. I hope he lives an unhappy, miserable rest of his life.

This is a horrible day for me. My dad just died so now the grain business in my hands. Plus Nero just came to power, and I have a bad felling about him. And on top of all of that my ships full of grain have been sunk! Now i have no source of income, I hope this year gets better.
